Setup:
Step 1. Streak the left slot WR
Step 2. Streak the TE
Step 3. Hot route the RB to perform a slant to the left
Step 4. Smart route the outside left WR
Step 5. Motion the outside left WR to the right
Step 6. Snap the ball right before he sets
Reads:
1. Motioned WR on the hard slant/corner route
2. RB Slant
3. Slot Streak
4. Inside WR crossing route
5. TE Streak
The motioned WR's route gets insane separation from the DB. You want to throw a bullet with pass lead up and to the outside, the WR burns the DB all day on this route.
The streaks run by the TE and slot WR are to keep the defense at bay. If they cheat too much to the outside to stop our motioned route, we rocket catch the streaks all day. These routes are thrown with a bullet pass lead down to rocket catch.
The RB and inside WR are running underneath routes. These routes are extremely effective against man coverage and/or the blitz.
When you motion the outside left WR to the right, pay attention to the DB who follows him in coverage. If the DB slides with him, the defense is in zone, if he runs with him, the defense is in man. This will help give you a better idea of who will be open and the progression of your reads once you snap the ball.
